Sean Poole

Sean first traveled to Africa at 19, moved there at 23, and has spent the past 15 years living, traveling, and working across the continent. He has designed, implemented, and managed complex community development, conservation, and emergency programs throughout East and Central Africa. He currently focuses on expanding access to drinking water across the continent. Sean holds a Master of Science in Development Economics from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies. Sean currently lives in Santa Barbara, CA.

Bridgette Bugay

Bridgette first traveled to Africa as a part of her dissertation in Humanitarian Communications from the London School of Economics. Shortly thereafter, she moved to East Africa, where she explored the region in a blue Land Rover Defender and shared stories for international NGOs about communities affected by conflict. She currently focuses on community development programming in Santa Barbara, Ca.
